King Associates provide the detailed design of all Mechanical and Electrical Building Services for the UK’s only PGA national residential golf academy consisting of 62 bed 4 star standard, leisure and spa facilities incorporating swimming pool, 18 hole PGA standard golf course.

A national rollout of McDonalds Restaurant Refurbishments consisting of a multitude of different Restaurant configurations with King Associates providing design and supervision expertise to ensure the quality and operation of the Building Services systems.
Lloyd Davies Furniture
The new sales distribution point of sale facility for the Bob Lloyd Davies furniture retail company and King Associates were responsible for providing the design of the Building Services, including Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Lighting and Lifts. The systems required careful integration within the new build Shell demise to ensure the exacting climatic conditions of the client were achieved.
