King Associates have been appointed to provide Building Services design and Supervision for City Lofts landmark scheme on Chester Road, Manchester. The development which will provide over 200 one, two and three bed apartments, is being designed by leading Architects, Aedas and will form a key part of the strategic Southern Gateway to the City.

As part of a large Retail, Student Accommodation and Residential scheme, King Associates were appointed to design the Building Services to a high specification private apartment scheme. The design which combines economic heating and hot water services with low energy ventilation and heat pump technology will provide a mix of one and two bedroom apartments with three bedroom comfort cooled penthouses at roof level.
Dale Street, Manchester
This project, completed during 2007, incorporated the design and supervision of the Building Services to serve 201 apartments built over three phases. The apartments which are located within a listed Art Deco facade have the benefit of Winter Gardens and central discharge ventilation systems to preserve the buildings historic elevations.
