Wigan & Leigh College

King Associates were appointed to provide the Building Services Design and Supervision for a redevelopment of the Parson Walk Campus as part of Wigan & Leigh College. The project, which comprised teaching facilities, kitchens, restaurants and amenity areas was carried out in close consultation with the College and other members of the professional team.

Liverpool Community Arts College

King Associates were appointed to provide client representative duties in the design and monitoring of the extension to the Mulberry Street Campus as part of the Community Arts College in Liverpool. The campus, which was specifically designed to support the needs and requirements of students with learning disabilities and difficulties, incorporates various facilities including teaching space, a refectory and the drop in study centre.

Lees Brook Community Sports College

On the new phase of the redevelopment of Lees Brook Community College, King Associates have been appointed to design the Building Services Engineering for the Construction Facility and Post 16 Vocation skills Buildings. The scheme which will provide ICT, Hair & Beauty, Catering teaching space in addition to a new Restaurant is due for completion in 2008 and will continue King Associate’s strong commitment to providing robust design for Educational Facilities.
