80,000 sq.ft. of new build Grade A commercial office accommodation constructed over eighteen stories to meet the standards of the British Council for Offices specification for Speculative Office Buildings. The building is equipped with a high efficiency, heat recovery VRF heat pump system providing highly controllable Heating and Cooling to the space, together with mechanical ventilation. The building also employs cutting edge sprinkler systems, architectural lighting solutions and is fully modular in tenancy provisions.
This project also incorporates the largest Video Wall in Europe, covering an area of 5000 sq.ft. of the Northern Elevation to the Building, this feature will be a Landmark in the developing Manchester Skyline.

The building has now been subject to an extensive fit out encompassing 50% of the total area, incorporating meeting rooms, catering facilities, cellular offices and inspection areas. The Heating and Cooling systems are based on an innovative adaptation of the traditional four pipe fan coil system, utilising inverter technology and balanced commissioning arrangements.
The redevelopment of an existing site on Deansgate in City Centre, Manchester, has created a five storey newly constructed office building of 35,000 sq.ft. The building is located above a two storey basement car park with integral car lift and is equipped with a VRF Heating and Cooling system. The building has now been fully occupied and the overall Building Services fit out was supervised by King Associates and completed on time and on budget.
A 10,000 sq.ft Commercial office fit-out for a major bank, the project incorporates a major data centre, together with elements of call centre and risk management process. The project has been carried out under challenging programme constraints and required careful integration with Landlord services. The new accommodation provides a high quality environment for the financial management teams to control national operations.
