A highly challenging residential project comprising of a 21,000 sq.ft. extension, conversion and refurbishment of an old agricultural building into the highest specification prestigious residence for a Premier League Football Player. The project which includes fully integrated and automated Building Services and Home Entertainment systems, also includes a fully fitted leisure suite with swimming pool, gymnasium and Sauna.
King Associates provided Client Representative, Project Management and Building Services Consultancy advice.
Chatsworth Road, Worsley
King Associates were appointed to provide a turnkey Client Representative role, incorporating Project Management and Building Services Design for a new build 10,000 sq.ft residential property for a Premier League Football Player to occupy as a primary residence. The development, which incorporates fully automated Building Services and Home Entertainment Systems together with multi-function leisure, fitness and entertainment space was successfully delivered on budget to meet a demanding construction and fit-out programme.
Highclere, Alderley Edge
A 11,000 sq.ft residential development built in the heart of Alderley Edge, Cheshire, Highclere was designed to meet the Speculative luxury housing market in this area. The project, which involved the safe demolition of a previous property was highly specified with regard to Home Automation and Entertainment systems and included many Low Energy Building Services Systems. Highclere was completed during the Autumn of 2006 and sold shortly after, king Associates were responsible for a fully co-ordinated Building Services design and supervision role, which was completed on both time and budget.
